Dear IDEA StatiCa users, on Monday, December 2, 2024, our third-party integration with licensing system went down. The outage has an impact on various services provided by IDEA StatiCa.
During the outage period, these IDEA StatiCa applications and services will not be available:
- Requests for a new license (basic, trial, or educational)
- License activation
- User deletion
We hope to solve this outage soon. Once the services come back online, all license requests will be processed, and you will receive an email notification.
