How to find User ID?

In case you have e.g. lost your license activation key, you can find the User ID in the activated IDEA StatiCa software and send it to your local reseller to get the activation key.

Let’s start IDEA StatiCa and open the License manager.

Click on the button Test licenses.

The User ID is displayed together with the list of IDEA StatiCa software modules within your license.

You have found the unique User ID that belongs to the license activated on your computer.
